Questions to resolve when evaluating Realfuture in your environment.
Software placement and ownership
Identify where the platform, Flink runtimes, connectors and supporting services will run. A customer cloud account, an on-premises installation and a hybrid topology can have different connectivity and operating requirements.
Agree on who manages installation, identity, credentials, backups, upgrades, incident response and infrastructure availability. Deployment location alone does not determine these responsibilities.
Data boundaries
Review business records, SQL previews, configuration, logs, metrics, credentials and support materials separately. Document their processing locations and any external network access needed by the selected release.
If optional AI assistance or another external service is included, review what is sent to that service and how it is configured before using it with customer data.
Access and operations
Validate role permissions and the operational records available in the product release being evaluated. Include identity integration, secrets handling and network restrictions in the deployment review.
Confirm maintenance scope, supported component versions, patch responsibilities and recovery procedures in the product and service agreement.
Security questions and reports
Contact support@realfuture.cn for deployment security questions or to arrange a channel for a vulnerability report. Keep the initial message to a short description and affected versions; do not include credentials or production data.
Security requirements and any required certification evidence should be reviewed for the actual deployment and service scope. This page is an evaluation guide, not a certification statement.
